Google Chrome crashes when uploading images

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. First,open the page where Google Chrome imports bookmarks.
2. Second,select html file to import

What is the expected behavior?
Can be imported successfully

What went wrong?
Google Chrome crashes and can not work normally

Crashed report ID:  ID：8839934b-ff53-4f3c-a492-e817f14aa45d

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

I am find something import maybe can help you to solve the bug.
1.when i use 搜狗输入法 and the input method status is EN,i select html file to import,i canimported successfully;
2.when i use 搜狗输入法 and the input method status is CH,i select html file to import,Google Chrome crashes and can not work normally;

搜狗输入法version：sogo输入法9.0正式版（9.0.0.2388）
