What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open app list in tablet mode.
(2) Tap the search box to focus and bring up virtual keyboard.
(3) Tap elsewhere

What is the expected result?
Virtual keyboard is dismissed and we lose focus to the search box. I believe this was the behavior in Chrome 66.

What happens instead?
Virtual keyboard is dismissed, but we still have focus on the search box.
