What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With device in tablet mode, open 2 apps (say Playstore and Chrome browser)
2. Enter overview mode
3. Drag and snap both the apps to view in split screen.
4. Click on the split divider icon and drag it to either right or left to resize the app windows
5. Close both the apps by clicking on 'x' icon
6. Open Playstore app from shelf

What is the expected result?
App window should open in full screen mode

What happens instead?
App opens as a small window
