Steps to reproduce: 
1. Go to http://pay.sandbox.google.com, login with corp account
2. Ask some corp account to request money ($0.10 or $0.01) from you
3. P2P transactions should display in Action Needed section
4. In url, append hl=iw to manually change locale
5. You will see the money rendering in RTL (iw) with line break
