Picture-in-Picture: with cinnamon (Linux), moving window to the size triggers snapping

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starts a PIP session
2. Move PIP window to a side

What is the expected result?
Window moves on the side.

What happens instead of that?
Window is snapped.
