ImageTransportFactory should go away

ui::Compositor should own a DisplayPrivate: ImageTransportFactory goes away.

ImageTransportFactory has a lot more than what mojom::DisplayPrivate provides. ContextFactoryPrivate is very similar to mojom::DisplayPrivate so that's probably the first step.
