Problem displaying the return button that is truncated

Reported by moreau.m...@gmail.com, Jul 3

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3453.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install google Chrome Canary.
2. Activate it experimental (refresh design)
3. Navigate the Internet in a way that unlocks the animation of the Previous button.
4. At this moment when you put your mouse on the Previous button you notice that when hovering it a part is truncated

Unfortunately there are times when this problem does not occur, I am not able to provide a perfect procedure to reproduce this problem.

What is the expected behavior?
The button should have the same behavior as the next button (next page), it should display a slightly darker round or this round and truncated it should not be.

What went wrong?
Le bouton Précédent lors de son animation de hover (passage de la souris dessus), à une partie de son animation qui est tronqué.
