Random crashes while i'm surfing web or watching videos

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3480.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. surf web
2. browser hangs
3. browser just crashes without any popouts

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
it said nothing. it just crashes

Crashed report ID: no

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3480.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

No crash data available as per the crash id provided in C#2.

Unable to reproduce the issue while surfing web & watching videos.
Please uninstall and reinstall chrome & check with clean profile (without any apps and extensions) and let us know your observations on the same.
