missing file://-Protocoll in sourcemap path opens non-writeable version of sourcefile

DevTools failed to link network resource to filesystem.

Platform: <Linux/Win/Mac>
Chrome version: < 67.0.3396.99 >

some scss sourcemaps seem to be missing the "file://" protocol in the file paths. would be great if chrome would recognize the missing "file://" protocol and prepends it. for know it opens a non-writeable version of the file instead. (See Screenshot)

File protocol is required for a correct URL, and sourcemaps operate with URLs.
