User reports video corruption casting tab to Philiips Android TV

TV Model#: Philips Android TV 49PUS7272/12 

User notes that the issue reproduces easily.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Cast a tab to the TV

What is the expected result? Mirrored content on the TV should look correct.

What happens instead? Image is corrupted. See screenshot.

We're looking into routing this issue to the ATV team, or finding the TV to reproduce ourselves.

Yuri, Xiangjun, what would you guys recommend for digging into this issue?

I would suggest routing this internally to the Android TV team as it seems device specific.  miu@ may have some test streams generated by tab mirorring that the team can use to reproduce.

I agree. Yuri is off this week. The screenshot looks like that something might be wrong with the stride when reading the frame data.
