Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. inspect a element with background color 2. eye dropper tool no longer active. 3. What is the expected behavior? no sure What went wrong? not sure Did this work before? Yes Month of May maybe beginning June Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I need dis! :P

Reporter@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.13.3 on the reported version 67.0.3396.99 and the latest Canary 69.0.3485.0 by following the below steps. 1. launched Chrome and navigated to a webpage. 2. Inspected the element and could select the colors without any issues. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to provide the exact steps to reproduce the issue and the expected behavior which will help in further triaging. Thanks..
