Sourcemaps containing ` (string literals) break syntax highlighting further down the line

Reported by enclave....@gmail.com, Jul 3

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Setup TypeScript to transpile to JS and enable source mapping files
2. In TypeScript, write a string template, e.g. `${myVar}`
3. Chrome devtools picks up the mapping file but syntax highlighting breaks after the string template line.

Also you can just:
1. Navigate to Issue 659515
2. Notice it has been closed months ago as Fixed
3. See plenty of user comments asking to reopen the issue, since it has not been fixed yet.
