Regression : 'Do Not Disturb' Icon is seen instead of 'Bell' icon at Uber Tray

Chrome Version: 69.0.3479.0/10840.0.0  dev channel  Candy, Blaze & Peppy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->click on Uber Tray ->Now observe 'Notifications' Icon i.e. instead of 'Bell' , 'Do Not Disturb' Icon is seen
(2)Even on clicking 'Notifications' Icon  -> Notifications screen is seen

Expected: 'Bell' icon should be seen 
Actual: Instead  'Do Not Disturb' Icon is seen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-68

In M-68 , 'Bell' icon is seen and click on it...notifications screen is seen -> now select 'Do Not Disturb' icon to enable it -> observe 'Do Not Disturb' icon is seen and again disable 'Do Not Disturb' -> now observe'Bell' icon is seen
