Issue descriptionChrome Version : 67.0.3396.99 URLs (if applicable) : www.google.com.au Other browsers tested: IE, Firefox Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox: Edge: IE: 11.0.9600.19036 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Set IE browser proxy connection setting to use WPAD (DHCP)i.e automatically detect proxy configuration. (2)Chrome fails to open any URL. (3)Upon changing the proxy connection setting of browser to manually assigned proxy configuration file or use of proxy server ip, chrome starts working fine again. What is the expected result? Chrome to work with IE defined proxy settings (WPAD). What happens instead? Chrome fails to work with WPAD configuration. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

While you are capturing the log, also open up chrome://net-internals/#proxy and click the "re-apply settings" button.
