Cannot Show Bookmark Bar after entering and exiting Full Screen Mode

Reported by jeffreyc...@gmail.com, Jul 3

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.42 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enter Full Screen mode with Bookmark Bar shown/visible
2. Hide Bookmark Bar (From the menus, or Cmd+Shift+B)
3. Exit Full Screen mode

What is the expected behavior?
The user should be able to re-show the Bookmark Bar from either menu or the keyboard shortcut.

What went wrong?
The option to re-show the Bookmark Bar is greyed out, both from Menu Bar and 3-dot menu. Pressing Cmd+Shift+B does not do anything.

Did this work before? N/A

Seems to be MacViews related. Could not reproduce on Cocoa version.

Yes, the native Fullscreen-Mode in MacViews is still under development.

This should be fixed by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1109405, which is available since Canary 69.0.3474.0 and Dev 69.0.3486.0
pls check, thanks, feel free to reopen it if you find otherwise.
Yup, it's fixed. So it is not in the beta channel yet.
