Issue descriptionWe should add documentation for rendering benchmark harness. The documentation should have these informations: 1) What is the rendering benchmark? 2) What does it measure? How to interpret the metrics. 3) How to run the remdering benchmark 4) How to add more tests

Please also include information on what to do if you've regressed the benchmark; we're planning to automatically link these docs when perf regression bugs are filed.
