"org.chromium.chrome.browser.sync.SyncCustomizationFragmentTest#testPassphraseDialogDismissed" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. It looks like a lot of these Android flaky tests are caused by tab crashes

My recent CL hasn't changed the behavior of SyncCustomizationFragment & these tests were flaky before my CL.

This bug as written is somewhat academic at this point, since SyncCustomizationFragment will be replaced by SyncAndServicesPreferences. However, SyncAndServicesPreferences doesn't have any tests yet as far as I can see.

Assigning to bsazonov@ as the primary author: Do you have any plans to add similar tests for SyncAndServicesPreferences?
