[Harmony Cast Dialog] overflow ellipsis isn't used for long-named events appearing in Cast device list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) use calendar.google.com to create a new event: configure start time within the next 15 minutes, give it a long name in "Add title" field, add conferencing option "Hangouts Meet"
(2) open cast dialog

What is the expected result?
- implement overflow ellipsis at end of text line, if character exceeds what can fit

What happens instead?
characters become clipped
