Found this in last weeks ToT using the new system panel.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have one account on user switcher ( so there are no other to swap t).
(2) Open the system panel, click "add user". This sends you to the login screen.

What is the expected result?
(3) Probably the system panel should close, and keyboard input should go to the login screen password field.

What happens instead?

(3) At the login screen, the system panel is still showing, the login password field's cursor is blinking, but keyboard text input is not going to the logic screen password field.
