What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable MacViews-Browser in about://flags
(2) Open a window and focus the Omnibox
(3) Start typing

What is the expected result?
The Omnibox focus ring should be visible.


What happens instead?
The Omnibox focus ring disappears.

We hide in MdRefresh when we start typing, which is correct. But in MacViews-only it shouldn't disappear.

Please feel free to close this report, if MacViews-Browser (without Mdrefresh) isn't relevant for visual bug fixing.
