Omnibox is overlapping the status bar

Issue description

App Version: 69.0.3479.0 canary
iOS Version: 11.4.1 beta 4, 12.0
Device: iPhone x, iPhone 7
URL: 

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Change device to landscape
  3. Tap on the Tab switcher
  4. Change device to portrait
  5. Focus on the tab
  6. Scroll up

Observed results: Omnibox is overlapping the status bar

Expected results: Omnibox should not overlap the status bar

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: , Safari: NA

This may have been fixed elsewhere, I cannot reproduce.  Can you re-test?
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Verified in 70.0.3501.0 Canary, iPhone X  iOS 11.4. Issue is not repro.
