toybox: failed to build with glibc 2.27

With glibc 2.27, I got the error when building toybox

2 warnings generated.

toybox: upgrade to 0.7.6

This pulls gentoo upstream toybox-0.7.6 to make it builds with
glibc 2.27.
The only difference is to set the KEYWORKDS to '*'
