A11y: Arc++ unable to navigate past a password text field

Chrome: 69.0.3476.0 Canary

Steps to repro:
# Install Go Read by bookshare from the play store
# With ChromeVox running, open Go Read
# If you are not presented with a sign-in screen, navigate to the menu, activate it and choose search for books from the menu
# At the sign-in screen, press search+right arrow several times to navigate to the sign-in button

Expected: All controls should be accessible via search+right arrow

Actual: ChromeVox gets stuck at the password field

As clarification, this is within an Android app? Content editables are a very specific type of editable on the web; unless you are specifically within a webview where you know for sure this is a contenteditable, I'm changing the title. Did you happen to try Search+up/down? (next/previous line). Thanks.

ChromeVox reports the password field as a content editable complete with the help text associated with a content editable.
Of course, this should probably not be a content editable and may be a problem with the app itself.
