trying to sync my windows phone and keeps saying googledrive is useing it !!!

I am afraid I lack some crucial information to understand the issue.

From the issue title it seems like this issue is not related to Chrome sync (because Chrome Sync and Google Drive are not related in any way). Do you have a reason to believe the issue is with *Chrome* sync?

What do you mean by step 1: sync? How do you set-up sync for your Windows Phone? Can you please describe the steps you with the phone?
