404 page text display in tab not proper

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. get to a 404 page
2. the display on the tab head will read !!1
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Should have been !!!. I think someone typed this !!1.
Will be a simple correction in the code. 

What went wrong?
A 404 page appeared that I have attached below and the tab head displayed !!1 instead of !!!.
Will be a simple correction.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

Will I be rewarded for my help on this issue.

Thanks for reporting!
However, this isn't a bug in Chromium and happens in all browsers.

This isn't a Chromium issue but rather a Google server side thingy.
