Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. get to a 404 page
2. the display on the tab head will read !!1

What is the expected behavior?
Should have been !!!. I think someone typed this !!1.
Will be a simple correction in the code. 

What went wrong?
A 404 page appeared that I have attached below and the tab head displayed !!1 instead of !!!.
Will be a simple correction.
