Regression : Mouse hover effect for downloaded files on download shelf is seen faint.

Issue descriptionChrome version : 69.0.3479.0 (Official Build) 4bd5a86d51d03f2c430547762c7a25a1a7946720-refs/branch-heads/3479@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS : Win(7,8,8.1,10) OS Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and open NTP. 2. Now save page by pressing 'ctrl+s' and mouse hover on 'more options' of downloaded file on download shelf. 3. Observe. Actual Result: Mouse hover effect for downloaded files on download shelf is seen faint. Expected Result: Mouse hover effect for downloaded files on download shelf should not be seen faint. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-69’ and below is bisect info Good build: 69.0.3472.0 Bad build: 69.0.3473.0 You are probably looking for a change made after 570216 (known good), but no later than 570235 (first known bad). I think this is working as intended. The hover effect for material refresh is a little lighter. |
