What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome and add a person with long profile name from 'Manage people' window.
2. Now click on profile icon at top right corner to open profile bubble and observe. 

Actual: Text continuation is missing for long profile name.
Expected: Text continuation should seen for long profile name.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-64 series, below is manual regression range:

Good build: 64.0.3273.3 (Revision: 517725)
Bad build: 64.0.3275.0 (Revision: 518486)

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results:

You are probably looking for a change made after 517757 (known good), but no later than 517758 (first known bad).
