What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open chrome browser and Login to Gmail account
(2)Go to "Inbox" 
(3)click "More" option.

What is the expected result?
it should not display the "mark all as read" option.

What happens instead?
If there are no unread mail in Gmail account, it should not display the "Mark all as read" option under the "More". This options should be displayed when it receives a new mail.
