Suggest word can not be deleted after pressing BS key for Pinyin keyboard

Input tools version:
69.0.5.0

Steps:
1.Switch to PInyin keyboard
2.Tap any words, makes suggest line display
3.Pressing BS key ,then press any suggest word

Actual:
Can not submitted suggest word; 
have no any response

 Still repro in 69.0.3491.0 canary-channel 10882 Bob

e.g. Tap "wo",prees BS space key to delete string "wo“， then the first suggest line not disappeared, then tap any suggest word ,still have no response, can not submit it;

Expected:
Deleting all tapped string, should also remove the first suggest line ;
