Floating Pinyin keyboard gets destroyed on opt input-box after special steps.

Platform 10833.0.0（official build) canary-channel kevin
Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.264.0


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard.
2.Open Gmail, input account&password, and go into opt input-box.
3.Switch to floating keyboard
4.Switch to A11y.
4.Start Voiceinput, and touch keyboard.


Actual result:
Keyboard gets destroyed.

Seems Keyboard version rolled back, since keyboard UI goes back to old on the latest version.

Verified not repro on the latest version: 70.0.3505.0, 10922.0.0（official build) canary-channel kevin.
