Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3477.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. update chrome dev
2. attempt to open a new tab
3. ...

What is the expected behavior?
find the new tab button at the right end of the tab list

What went wrong?
discover with great anger that some retard decided to move it to a fixed position like twenty years ago mozilla retard design

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3477.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

@Reporter: Could you please check the latest canary 69.0.3478.0, as this seems to be fixed here i.e., the new tab button is seen at the right end of the tab list.

Even in Romanian the title is pretty clear!

Thanks for moving the new tab button back to the right.

Removing the NameTag ID from the Windows header is going to irritate some.  Adding the signin icon as small, tab style control on the left might be appealing.

Personally, I don't think the '|' separated list of tabs is graphically appealing or consistent with the 'material' mandate of tab design.

As per comment#4 by reporter the issue seems to be resolved in latest canary, hence closing this issue marking it as Won't fix.
