Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: Could you please check the latest canary 69.0.3478.0, as this seems to be fixed here i.e., the new tab button is seen at the right end of the tab list.

Even in Romanian the title is pretty clear! Thanks for moving the new tab button back to the right. Removing the NameTag ID from the Windows header is going to irritate some. Adding the signin icon as small, tab style control on the left might be appealing. Personally, I don't think the '|' separated list of tabs is graphically appealing or consistent with the 'material' mandate of tab design.
