Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have thousands of Chromeboxes
2. Need to press Alt+V to display this information often, often with no keyboard attached.

What is the expected behavior?
It should be possible to have a device level policy which makes this information always display without requiring the keyboard combo which is unknown to many users and repetitive.

What went wrong?
This has been common in the Windows world for a very long time with BgInfo (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/bginfo).

When having a ton of devices, this information is valuable to have at a quick glance, especially in environments where keyboards might not always be installed.  For example, in a contact center environment there might be shared workstations but agents have their own peripherals which get put in their lockers when not working.

It would be nice if this policy made the information display on the desktop when logged in as well, and perhaps display more information.
