Check to see whether the frame size has been adjusted.

When framesize is properly displaying everything, the program works as specified.

When framesize is 25% the recaptcha program does not resize and dis-allowa a successful Recaptcha.

When you attempt to resize the recaptcha it does not display enough information of the programto allow a successful proof or permit you to get it right by moving around on the sub screen area.  This happens the rest of the session, even when you turn the computer off.
