I am not sure what happen

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 67.0.3396.87 and on latest stable# 67.0.3396.99 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below:
1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to www.google.com
2) Searched for wikipedia and navigated to some other site, able to navigated to all the web-pages, didn't faced any issues.

@Reporter: Could you please try to test this issue by creating new person or test this issue on latest chrome stable# 67.0.3396.99 and let us know if the issue still persists. If the issue is still seen, please provide sample URL that causes the issue which help in further triaging it.
