Current wallpaper info bar should be updated when the wallpaper is changed by third-party apps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the new wallpaper picker.
(2) Open the Files app and right click on an image to set wallpaper.
(3) Go back to the wallpaper picker.

What is the expected result?
The current wallpaper info bar is updated.

What happens instead?
It's still showing the old wallpaper.
