In  Issue 807388  a variant of the Aquarium benchmark was added which runs more fish (20K) in order to better stress GPU and CPU bound applications.

Based on feedback from NVIDIA and another customer, on Windows, we should run this benchmark against ANGLE's OpenGL backend as well.
