What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open crosh terminal and issue 'autest' command
(2) Open Settings -> About ChromeOS section to view the progress of update
(3) Once update download is complete, check uber tray

What is the expected result?
Update available icon should be present

What happens instead?
Update available icon is not present.
