Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to test case: https://codepen.io/maxakohler/pen/qKLyoy/?editors=0100 2. Scroll up and down inside the container while moving the mouse in any direction. What is the expected behavior? Scrolling behaviour / speed shouldn't be affected by mouse movement. What went wrong? Scrolling is slowed down / sluggish. This doesn't happen if a) scroll snapping is disabled or b) you don't move the mouse while scrolling. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Able to reproduce the issue on the reported on ,latest canary 69.0.3483.0 using Windows10,Ubuntu17.10. Below is the bisect information for same. css-scroll-snap is a new feature which was just enabled by the cl referred above. As in the bug description, this only happens when css-scroll-snap is enabled so this is a feature that needs polish, not a regression. I'll take a look at it and removing Bug-Regression. |
