German UI of CrOS Task Manager over-localizes "Task" and "Process ID"

Reported by norb...@rittel.de, Jun 29 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10820.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3473.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10820.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel panther

Steps to reproduce the problem:
On a Chromebook or -box set the UI language to German. Open Task Manager.

What is the expected behavior?
The two column headers "Task" and "Process ID" should be "Task" and "Prozess-ID" in German as those are technical terms.

In addition the app name should remain "Task Manager" in German, too.

What went wrong?
They are localized as "Aufgabe" and "Vorgangs-ID" - quite confusing for anyone in German IT.

That might make sense in some to-do list manager app, but not in that context here.

The app name is changed to "Taskmanager" which is no German word at all. It makes more sense to treat it as an English name and keep it that way.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 69.0.3473.0 Channel: dev
OS Version: 10820.0.0
Flash Version:

You might want to consider calling the Task Manager "Activity Monitor" instead (like on macOS) to make it more friendly to the average user.
That's a name that allows easy localization, like "Aktivitätsanzeige" in German.

Hi,

The following bug was fixed.Leaving Task Manager as it is for now because I think it is easy enough to understand for a German user and is quite frequently used in German.

Thanks!
