Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. place a input=checkbox on a page 2. underline some text on a page 3. observe change 4. change input to type text 5. observe change What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Text underline should be constant with other underline styles Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3396.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

@Reporter : Tried with different login pages such as Facebook , Gmail etc.., but could not find a page where forgot password and username having underline. It would be really helpful if you provided with sample URL, so that we can proceed with further traiging. Thanks.!
