  2. Load and wait for it to complete loading

Observed results:
Aw Snap will show. Sometimes a scroll to the bottom and top and it will Aw snap. This happens pretty reliably, but sometimes the page doesn't finish loading.

Expected results:
No Aw Snap should show.
