Regression: Ubertray stays open in Multiple sign-in screen

Chrome Version:69.0.3475.0/10826.0.0 dev channel Peppy,Candy,Blaze
OS:Chrome OS

Pre-Condition: Have 2 User Accounts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to one user>> Have some notification (Eg: screenshot notification)
(2)Click on Ubertray and then on 'Sign in to another user' and observe 

Actual: Ubertray is staying in Multiple sign-in screen
Expected: Ubertray shouldn't be seen in multiple sign-in screen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 69.0.3464.0/10806.0.0 dev

Note : Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Confirmed this happens on the latest.
Step #1 is not required to reproduce.

Switching to another user doesn't close the bubble neither.

Close system tray when no further user interaction is expected on it.

Close the system tray bubble when these actions are taken.
- Switch to another user
- Sign in another user
- Lock screen
