Non-Regression: Unnecessarily Connected is seen in Bluetooth section before clicking 'Accept' on 'Pair Bluetooth device' overlay

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> Click on Ubertray then on Bluetooth section
(2)Click on any available Bluetooth device and observe

Actual: Before clicking 'Accept' on 'Pair Bluetooth device' overlay, Connected is seen below the device in Bluetooth section of Ubertray

Expected: After clicking on 'Accept' on 'Pair Bluetooth device' overlay, connected should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62
