What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User ->click on Uber Tray ->Now hover mouse pointer on 'Network' icon -> observe connected Network tool tip (Ex: 'GoogleGuest-LegacyPSK') 
(2)Now slowly move mouse cursor on 'GoogleGuest....Medium' Text and observe 'GoogleGuest-LegacyPSK' tool tip instead of 'GoogleGuest-LegacyPSK Medium'
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: Connected network with its condition( Ex:  'GoogleGuest-LegacyPSK Medium') Tool tip should be seen on hovering mouse pointer on  Text 
Actual: Instead  connected network ( Ex:  'GoogleGuest-LegacyPSK ) tool tip is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue as 'Network' icon and Text in New Uber Tray UI is seen from 69.0.3463.0

@tetsui : please confirm the Issue
