https://www.dominos.co.in/ fails to detect location when Network flag is enabled.

Chrome Version:69.0.3476.0 (Official Build) (cohort: Stable)Revision	86d261c5d8d1e6cd27cd72f8887c8de670f11b48-refs/branch-heads/3476@{#1}(64-bit) 
OS: Windows(10).

Precondition: Enable 'Enable network service' flag from chrome://flags
Test URL:https://www.dominos.co.in/

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Launch chrome navigate to above URL.
(2)Click on 'Auto detect' and observe.

Actual: Dominos pizza fails to detect location when Network flag is enabled.
Expected: Dominos pizza should detect location when clicked on 'Auto-detect'.

Just to add some information:

Did this work with Enable network service flag disable?
Yes

Above issue is Non-Regression broken in M-69 .

Note:Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.
