[LayoutNG] Double right outline when removing child block from inline

Something wrong with continuations?

I discovered this while trying to create anonymous LayoutNGTableCell objects (we still create legacy LayoutTableCell if the object is to be anonymous). Then fast/table/table-continuation-outline-paint-crash.html failed because of this bug.

Yeah, I don't think anyone has really worked out for continuations yet. It's just, up to this point, we didn't see failures due to continuations, so assumed it's somehow working.

Outline is probably exceptions, there are still some failures for outline+continuations.

atotic@ is the outline expert. Any ideas?
