Unable to reproduce this issue on latest stable 67.0.3396.99 and latest canary 69.0.3489.0 using Windows 10, Mac 10.13.3 and Debian. i.e; Able to successfully browse euroclix.de.

@Reporter: Please let us know the steps to reproduce the issue and the error you are seeing along with the chrome://version you are testing on. Also please check this issue on fresh profile which do not have any apps/extensions.
