Non-Regression: (Temp)Show web Ui login..button is seen in English when Chrome OS display language is Arabic

Chrome Version:69.0.3475.0/10826.0.0 dev channel Peppy,Candy,Blaze
OS:Chrome OS 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Go to chrome://settings/languages 
(2)Change the Chrome OS display language to Arabic >>restart and observe the sign out screen

Actual:(Temp)Show web Ui login..button is seen in English when Chrome OS display language is Arabic
Expected:(Temp)Show web Ui login..button should be seen in English when Chrome OS display language is Arabic

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-68 as the temp ..screen is available from 68.0.3404.0

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Expected and actual are the same in the description. Is one of them supposed to be "Show web Ui login..button should NOT be seen in English"?

Thank you for filling this bug. May we request for exact string that has not been translated in arabic? We'll be looking for the tc to fix the affected string.
