CJK keyboard still input CJK if set password visible.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch Pinyin keyboard.
2.Put cursor into a Wi-Fi passwork input-box.
3.Type the keyboard.
4.Set password visible, and then type the keyboard.


Actual result: 
3.1 No candidate display.
4.1 Chinese candidates display.

Note:
Same with Korean&Ja keyboard.

Another case: https://mail.protonmail.com/login: CJK keyboard still input CJK if set password visible.

Still repro on the latest version: 69.0.3479.0,10840.0.0 kevin.

please verify it's context type is "password" when set password visible.
If yes, it should web page's bug.
